"Enormous Challenges"

Accoring to ex-Solicitor General Walter Dellinger, "There has never been a time when the chairman of the Judiciary Committee has assumed such importance as it is expected to have during the next four years." As I first pointed out in this post, that chairman will likely be Sen. Arlen Specter (R-PA).
